Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them using methods other than the provided interface.
All content, features, and functionality of our apps are owned by Chic Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Some of our apps offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings.
If our apps allow you to create or share content, you retain ownership of your content. By sharing content through our apps, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app's functionality.
Our apps may allow you to share content to third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and other social networks. When you connect your social media account, you authorize our app to publish content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must comply with each platform's terms of service. We may access your basic profile information and posting permissions through OAuth authentication. You can disconnect your social media account at any time through the app settings.
Photoprompt offers a "Share to TikTok" feature that allows users to share their AI-generated creations directly to their TikTok profiles. This feature uses TikTok Login Kit for authentication and the Content Posting API for sharing content. By using this feature and connecting your TikTok account, you agree to:
The TikTok sharing feature depends on TikTok's API availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to TikTok's services. We are not responsible for any actions taken by TikTok regarding your account or content.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chic Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
